1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Orders & digital keys

All purchases are for digital activation keys delivered electronically. Once a key is revealed it is considered redeemed and is no longer eligible for return.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

3. Refunds

Unrevealed keys may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order reference.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell keys obtained through ASoc, attempt to manipulate pricing, or use the store for any unlawful purpose.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the store, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
